A small refuge and the location for the Harzer hiking nobility number 21 can be found here, but not more. Helenenruhe is only with a bit of headfirst the view into the 150-meter-deep valley of the cold Bode - and with a clear view of the Brocken - free. Nevertheless, a really nice place for picnics, pause and pause, before you go on the way back to misery.
