At the Hardau there were two watermills. One is located on the main road, called the watermill Timm or Suderburger mill. The other at Mühlensteig, the watermill Oldendorf I.The Oldendorfer mill was first mentioned in documents in 1338 and had a submerged water wheel. In 1910 she received a Francis turbine. In 1954 the mill was shut down and lost its right to power. 10 years later, the turbine was dismantled. In 1998, the weir was eliminated and set up a Sohlgleite for fish and microorganisms.Source for identification:
