The church of Walleshausen with its compact tower and distinctive onion dome goes back to a foundation by the Polling monastery near Weilheim. The originally Gothic church from 1466 was converted to Baroque style in 1732. This church is a sacred space rich in stucco and paintings. The stucco work is Fran Xaver Feichtmayer's first work. The ceiling frescoes, the high altar, the pulpit, all masterpieces of the Bavarian Baroque, are worth seeing. - Worth seeing, don't drive past.
