Ennemaborg

Ennemaborg Estate has a garden that is open to the public. The highlight is the approximately 200-year-old beech. Numerous Stinsen plants bloom in front of the house in spring. Unfortunately, you cannot visit the mansion itself. But an artist lives in one of the old workers' houses, who also has her studio there and runs a small gallery.

The Ennemaborg in Midwolda
One of the showpieces of Het Groninger Landschap is the Ennemaborg. The deposit dates from the fourteenth century and was extensively renovated in the eighteenth century. Right behind the stately deposit is a round pond with reeds, water lilies and green frogs. It is a remnant of the moat that once surrounded the deposit. The front part of the estate is a park, further back is the natural forest.
