    The landmark in Deidesheim is the historic town hall. The mayor has his office here. The building was rebuilt after a fire during the Palatinate War of Succession at the beginning of the 18th century. I particularly like the double staircase with the two columns and the sky.
    Every year on Whitsun Tuesday, the billy goat auction takes place far beyond the borders, with the Old Town Hall forming the beautiful backdrop.
