Blast furnace V was renovated and made accessible for guided tours as part of an adventure trail. It is one of the last real landmarks that provide an indication of the history of the steel industry in Hörde. When the former steelworks site is completely converted into a business park, this historical witness will no longer be visible from afar, but will only serve as a tourist attraction, surrounded by corporate real estate.

After the closure of Phoenix West, the site, including the adjacent slag heaps, will be transformed into a commercial and local recreation area. At the center today is the old blast furnace plant as an impressive industrial monument, framed by the large Hoesch gasometer and the Phoenix Hall in the middle of a complex of wide boulevards, expansive staircases, lively babbling cascades and large squares.

The new Warsteiner Musical Hall is a venue for smaller concerts.
