The Wannkopf is an elevation in the Lahn Mountains near Bauerbach with 341m. It is inconspicuously surrounded by beech forest. Good to know: In Marburg on the other side of the Lahn there is a second Wannkopf with 232m. I now definitely know the taller of the two Wannkopfs (for the extreme athletes :-).

There are very beautiful paths and trails around the Wannkopf. Today I only did a short hike - but I will definitely do a longer one at the next opportunity!
