The ruins of San Joaquín, or as it is also known, the old church of Fasnia, is one of the most curious and surprising places on the island.
The church was built in 1796 and after several collapses and subsequent restorations, only a few walls and the semicircular arch remain.

Beautiful church. The small detour is worth it, even if it is a bit steeper.
