The bird baptism is a sloping ridge of the Stembergs and owes its name to the legend of bird baptism.
A stone was created by Horner sculptor Robert Henkel. This was set up at the edge of the forest and was supposed to depict the legend of the baptism of birds.

According to a legend, an abbot wanted to baptize the pagans of Lipperland. Monks should beautify that with singing, but were attacked. So the abbot baptized fearlessly without the monks but with the support of thousands of birds who interposed a beautiful song.
