Well, "rustic" someone writes. Maybe so, but gastronomy also means that you have to keep up with how times change, otherwise the future will be over at some point. The selection of food and drinks could be improved *a lot* without completely changing the character of the hut. Here's what I experienced on a Sunday afternoon in October:
There were rustic dishes (pea soup, fried eggs, meatloaf, etc.), it was warm, and you were filling.
But:
No cake/tart on Sunday afternoon.
No decent coffee (only the classic, dreaded filter coffee, and rather thin).
No oat milk or similar for coffee, just the usual creamer.
No alcohol-free beer.
And vegetarian dishes? Well, fried potatoes with nothing are probably vegetarian.
