The fish ladder can also be easily reached by bike. It is about 50 m away from the bike path. If you come from the Kirbachhof, turn right at the end of the valley (before going up to Ochsenbach) to the right to the Kirbach. There used to be a weir on which the mill canal of the Bromberg mill (below Spielberg) branched off. The canal is still preserved and is still supplied with a little water at the beginning of the fish ladder.
