View of Ochsenbach and the Kirbachtal from Geigersberg

The Geigersberg is certainly one of the most photogenic vineyards in the area, as it was left out of the land consolidation. Most of the parcels were overgrown in this vineyard. Therefore, many vineyard walls have been preserved here. It was not until the end of the 1990s that re-stocking was allowed with the land consolidation. It was planned to combine a traditional cultural landscape with economic viticulture. The attempt was successful. There is much to see. The view over the Kirbachtal to the Stuttgart TV tower and the Baiselsberg opposite is just beautiful. An educational wine trail rounds off the project perfectly.

In the middle of the vineyards on the Geigersberg there is a beautiful view of Ochsenbach and the Kirbachtal. Benches and a stone Wengert shelter offer the opportunity for a rest with a beautiful view. Ochsenbach with its numerous old half-timbered houses is also worth a visit.
