      Armboth Fell's highest point is here, the Birkett summit. A small cairn sits atop a large slab of rock that juts up and out of the boggy ground below. A word of caution for Wainwright Baggers - this is not the Wainwright summit of Armboth Fell. To reach that you need to walk a little further south.
