Espai Verd was designed by the architect Antonio Cortés Ferrando and represents his social commitment to find the best solution to individual problems. The "dream of youth" of this architect still escapes the understanding of a large majority. The Green Space continues to be a current model for the construction of collective housing through cooperatives, in which decisions are distributed among future inhabitants in close collaboration with the architect. Taking the Habitat’67 residential complex in Montreal as a clear reference, the typological solutions that were proposed are surprising in advance of their time and are imposed as relevant models of a Valencia with a contemporary vocation.
