Hiking Highlight (Segment)
One of two very interesting paths from the Gaudeamushütte to the Gruttenhütte. Scenic very nice, but sometimes quite steep. Via ferrata equipment not required. For children but not fully recommended ...

A path through a former riverbed. Steep places are secured with metal hooks in the rock, a staircase and steel chains. Is quite steep overall and therefore exhausting, but technically not difficult. There are no deep abysses right next to one, but a certain fear of heights is recommended. Runs directly under steep rock, used by climbers, so there is a risk of falling rocks and a helmet is recommended. Not to be confused with the challenging via ferrata through the Klamml, which crosses the Klammlweg.

Not for people with fears, as it sometimes goes very steeply next to a downhill. I got over it, after I almost made myself in the pants. It costs already overcome first to get on the ladder, unfortunately, the kicks are very close to the rock, so I felt it twice as hard. Then the way goes, if you do not look down. A place is still a bit hairy, because I would have liked more brackets.
I was rewarded with gazes and of course a great feeling to have made it.

Challenging path up to the Gruttenhütte. You also have to climb a ladder a bit. Watching falling stones, rather go with helmet.

Steep, uphill path in zigzag towards Klamml. A little slippery in wet weather, otherwise you have a great view of the Kitzbühler Horn and the valley from here.

Very nice but also demanding way. Sure-footedness Vertigo are absolute prerequisites here. My recommendation, the way uphill for safety's sake, so from the Gaudeamushütte to Gruttenhütte commit!

Steep ascending path, which is to be enjoyed with caution when wet, otherwise you have a great view of the Kitzbühler Horn and the valley when the weather is nice.

Tiring ascent, but can be done without climbing equipment for experienced hikers who do not suffer from vertigo.

Hello, can someone tell me whether the pictures with the 2 steel cables over which you have to balance belong to the Klammerlweg or via ferrata? We are considering doing the tour with our kids, but floating over an abyss would be too much. Thank you!

Beautiful via ferrata that can of course be done for experienced climbers without equipment, we still recommend some, as some are difficult, but with a safety device, it is simply safer, it gets quite steep at the top, where it also gets exhausting. We also recommend a helmet as it is already very popular. Great view from above.
