Simple pass crossing (2435 m) between Val Sapin at Courmayeur and Comba d'Arminaz, a side valley of the Val Ferret. Beautiful views far south into the Val Veny.
The pass is located on the route of the CCC, a trail marathon in the context of the UTMB, which leads over 100 km and 6100 m from Courmayeur to Chamonix. The ascent from Courmayeur to the pass and on to the Tête de la Troche is the first hard mountain route immediately after the start.September 9, 2017
