Ferret (1,700 meters) is far back in Val Ferret and is only inhabited in summer. The small hotel "Col de Fenêtre" is ideal for accommodation on the Tour du Mont Blanc (TMB). From the garden you look straight up to Mont Dolent (3,820 meters) with its glaciated slopes, you are already very close to the first foothills of the Mont Blanc massif.
