If you hike along the Lauter from the Anhausen car park, you will pass Pfaffenstein after a good kilometer. According to legend, it is supposed to remind of a priest who has disappeared. It is a rock formation in the limestone rock. A wooden plaque on the rock with the inscription "Pfaffenstein" is somewhat hidden behind trees. The rock is reminiscent of a small tower.
