The welfare building in the Old Colony Eving is a listed building in the district of Dortmund Eving.
The building on Nollendorfplatz was built in the years 1903 to 1906 as the center of operational care for the mines Minister Stein and Prince Hardenberg. As the houses of the miners' settlement were not originally equipped with baths, a bathhouse for women and men was set up in the Wohlfahrtshaus. At the same time, a facility called Kinderverwahrschule was opened for the care of miners' children.
