The two towers are certainly the highlight of Cape Arkona.
You can climb the lighthouse to enjoy the view from above.

Two very beautiful lighthouses. The large lighthouse can be accessed up to its viewing platform. The small lighthouse now houses a museum and an outpost of the registry office. In front of the small lighthouse there are many plaques set into the ground with dates of marriages that took place here. There is a fee for the lighthouse's viewing platform.

Cape Arkona lighthouse
As a fully functional lighthouse, the Kap Arkona lighthouse is definitely worth climbing the 180 steps. Look over the entire Wittow peninsula, over Rügen and of course over the sea and Hiddensee. In good weather you can see the white cliffs of the Danish island of Møn on the horizon.
The Schinkel Tower
The striking attraction at the Cape has a square basic shape and is built of red brick in a classical style. After the lighthouse in Travemünde, it is the second oldest lighthouse on the German Baltic Sea coast.
