Fourteen uniform chapels were built in 1815. The largest chapel dates back to the 18th century. In 2004 the Stations of the Cross and the chapels were thoroughly restored. Since then, the site has also been wheelchair accessible. The renewed Stations of the Cross was solemnly inaugurated with a grand village festival. The site of the 15 Chapels is the ideal stop during a cycling tour through the region. The well-known cycle junction network passes there by the way.
