The Nibelungen saga in particular can be experienced "hiking" in the region, because the fictional story is projected onto real scenes by means of a poetic trick, and so you can experience the saga on the Geopark path "Nibelungenweg", a section of the Nibelungensteig.
There is also access to the "Nibelungensteig" and other hiking trails that lead, for example, to so-called geo points, i.e. special cultural landscape features with signs.
