Bathing allowed. The Lingese dam in Marienfelde offers many small bays and entrances where you can swim. So the bathers are well distributed. Three of them are run as official bathing places, which are temporarily occupied by DLRG stations during the bathing season.
The three supervised swimming areas are:
1) "DLRG" (at the campsite "Lingese"),
2) "campsite" (on the north side of the dam at the campsite Lambacher Höhe),
3) "Linge" (height village Linge).
Also water sports are allowed - except diving and surfing.Parking is available nearby at all three official swimming areas. In "Linge" also stops bus 339 (at the same stop).
