The Bell Tower of Xi'an was built in 1384 and served to announce the beginning of the day. Its three floors feature ornate decorations and traditional Chinese paintings. Inside the tower hangs a giant bronze bell, weighing 6,500 kilograms. Guided tours are available. Both towers can be visited with a discounted combination ticket.
