St. Mary's Birth is a listed Roman Catholic church building in the Essen district of Kupferdreh, Dilldorf, which has been a listed building since 1989. It was built in the neo-Gothic style from 1876 to 1879 from light brown Ruhr sandstone. The reason for the construction of the church was the sharp increase in the number of believers in Dilldorf. The church is on Dilldorfer Straße and is dedicated to Mary, the mother of Jesus.

The profanation of the church is planned in the parish development process of the diocese of Essen. However, there is clear criticism of the decision because the Essen-Kupferdreh district would then no longer have a Catholic church. The community has developed a concept to reverse the decision. The decision is therefore not yet final.
