At the first (entry at the pass) and fourth (last curve of the road from the top) section there are biking signs. Second and third section is nothing.
Instead of the fourth section (and further down) you can also go down the road a bit and take the official trail that goes right in front of "Einreimer" (MTB is on the road with an arrow pointing to the right).

Uphill / downhill values are not right it goes from the Mendelpass to 740hm, which is ca.660hm downhill and hardly uphill.
