A charming, well-maintained, small park in the heart of Itzehoe. Cycling is rightfully prohibited there because the paths are too winding and narrow, but you can easily push your bike through. The listed Prinzesshof Park, whose roots date back to the 16th century, forms an architectural and historical entity together with the District Museum and the Coachman's House. The formerly private park extended south to the Störschleife (Storm Loop), which was filled in and built over in 1974.

The town church of St. Laurentii was built from 1716 to 1718 as a baroque brick building. In 1896 the current church tower, which is almost 80 m long, was added according to plans by Johannes Otzen. The Prinzeßhof houses the district museum of the Steinburg district.
