This menhir "Le Tournant de Saint-Joseph" was discovered in 1977. In a certain daylight, this stone in profile would represent a head with forehead and nose. This Neolithic stone has since attracted many historians, archaeologists and folklorists. It is said to have been reused in 644 as a Merovingian boundary marker of Siegbert III - King of the Franks from 633 to 656.
