One of the easiest climbs through the Raxmäuer. The ascent takes place from the Preiner Gscheid on the same route as the Reisstaler Steig. The Gretchensteig trail branches off not far from the Reisstaler Hütte and leads, first over grassy terrain, later through mountain pines and scree, to the foot of the wall. This is where the insured part of the climb begins - a short pleasure that leads through rocky terrain with good grip. After an upswing you are almost at the top and reach the plateau not far from the Ludwighaus.
