The small Lady Chapel in Maderhalm dates from the 17th century and also has a beautiful high altar from the same period.
A nice place to stop.

Hiking

Marderhalm is beautifully situated on a hill above Fischen. It consists of a few houses, some farms and two large hotels. The 350-year-old chapel in the town center looks very pretty. You also have a beautiful view of the mountains to Oberstdorf with the Nebelhorn and the ski jump. Unfortunately, on my tour today in the drizzle, visibility wasn't that good.
