De Rustende Jager

Very popular café in the Loonse en Drunense Duinen. It can get busy, especially on weekends, but coffee with a pastry is always a good idea.

The restaurant "De rustende Jager" guarantees a good and cozy rest and is a nice meeting point for many riders, hikers and cyclists.
From here, countless hiking trails lead through wonderful mixed forest in and around the dunes of Drunen.
At the edge of the dunes we meet a beautiful heather landscape, a visit in August / September when the heather blooms is a real highlight.
Even for mountain bikers there are very nice signposted ways around
to extensively explore the area.

Quite busy in weekends, but very nice surroundings, it's a National Park, and a protected area.
For using the mountainbiketrail, highly recommendable, you do need a daypermit. You can purchase that at 'De rustende jager' or at local bikeshops in for example Vught or Den Bosch.
Penalties will set you back around 80 euros!
