It's nice that this sign is there. Nowadays this outdoor pool would be a "no-go" because you would have to "walk" a few steps from Frickenhofen.

BUILDS SWIMMING POOLS IN THE COUNTRYSIDE
The Reich Youth Leader of the Hitler Youth formulated the following goal:
"German youth swims, every Hitler boy a swimmer, every Führer a savior."
The slogan was: "Build swimming pools in the country."
Swimming pools should be built everywhere with perfectly hygienic, crystal clear water at affordable prices for the people. Target groups were the youth, the military, but also "older people who love sports".
The fact that there were only 5371 bathing sites in the 49,000 municipalities of the German Empire was considered absurd. In the period from 1929 to 1935, the number of open-air swimming pools in Württemberg municipalities increased from 296 to 355. B. Mutlangen, Kirchenkirnberg and Horlachen a new outdoor pool.
