A circular hike with sun but icy wind. Many hikers also had the Limes near Grab on their program, but after that everything relaxed and for many kilometers you were on your own.
The Limes Tower was locked and today there was no indication of where to get a key.
The Marhördter Sägmühlmuseum could only be viewed from the outside, but there is a note that you can ask the municipality of Oberrot.4 days ago

A circular route over Strümpfelbachtal, Himmelreichweg, Eins + Alles, Wieslauftal and Ebnisee.
Quite surprisingly, all of the highlights were poorly or not at all visited today, despite the beautiful weather today.7 days ago

A circular hiking trail that starts at the hiking car park near Altfürstenhütte. Via the Kuhnbachtal to the Hirtenwaldhütte, further into the Rot- and Dachsbachtal, a nature reserve with a wonderful orchid meadow from May. This is followed by the "magic" triangle with its triangular column, where the Rems-Murr-Kreis, Heilbronn and Schwäbisch Hall districts meet.
Via the Wiedhof it goes back to the Rottal and via the so-called Rottalsenke of the B 14 back to the parking lot.
The first warm spring day and correspondingly many hikers were on the way.February 21, 2021

If the peace and quiet of a forest are the focus of a hike, then you've come to the right place

The first day with permafrost and therefore better walkable hiking trails, mud was absolutely nil this time. Fairy trails even without public traffic and sometimes even virgin hiking trails, the pictures of the Grenzsteinweg show it.

A circular hiking trail on the Frickenhöfer Höhe, initially dry weather, at the end it rained so heavily that the highlights of the Teufelskanzel and the open-air church were left out.
In the valley of the Wimbach there are three "waterfalls" that are worth seeing and since only these were photographed it seems that all three are together.February 7, 2021

A circular hike to the Hagbergturm on mostly paved paths to avoid the mud. There were only a few hikers on the way, even at the tower there was nothing going on.
In some pictures the sky has a purple tinge, this is due to the approaching Saharan dust and only a few time later not only nature was blasted, but also jackets and backpack, simply everything.February 6, 2021
