Tips
In the 16th century the former moated castle was built by the "Rohrnstätter". The reason was the decay of the manor on the mountain above Mitterrohrenstadt. The three-storey pond house with a stepped gable was originally surrounded by moats. In 1955 the castle was plastered and renovated in 1990; it is privately owned.
