Fjordenhus is the iconic building on Vejle's waterfront. The creator of this building in the harbor basin is the world-famous Danish-Icelandic artist Olafur Eliasson. It serves as the headquarters of the company Kirk Kapital A/S and will surely become a new landmark in the city. Olafur Eliasson's artworks on the ground floor are open to the public most of the day.

Fjordenhus is the iconic structure on Vejle's harbor front. The creator of this building in the harbor basin is the world-famous Danish-Icelandic artist Olafur Eliasson. It serves as the headquarters of the company Kirk Kapital A/S and will surely become a new landmark in the city. Olafur Eliasson's artworks on the ground floor are open to the public most of the day.
The striking building has an area of 9,000 square meters and consists of four connected cylinders that rise 28 meters from the water, creating a connection between the fjord and the center of Vejle. Art and architecture merge in the innovative Fjordenhus, which, in keeping with the spirit of its creator, is intended to be in constant dialogue with the surrounding sea.
