In 1994, the expansion of the old wine press into an event room with approx. 200 seats began. Since its renovation, the wine press has been an attractive place for public club and community celebrations. Jazz and dialect events enliven this neat gem in a fitting style.

The wine press was built in 1713 with a unique roof structure. Today it stands as an example of high carpentry and rarity in the central Neckar area under monument protection. Initially, the wine press was used for viticulture, but later it served as a wood store before it was acquired by the municipality in the mid-19th century, which built a farrenstall.
