The Solsteinhaus is located at 1,805 meters at the foot of the Great Solstein in the Karwendel. There are 85 beds in rooms and dormitories, which can be booked directly on the website. The sanitary facilities have been modernized, and hot water in the showers is available for a small fee. The hut serves as a starting point for various mountain tours. The Solsteinhaus is a refuge of the DAV. The staff is nice and the food was delicious! Especially the blueberry quiche is delicious!
