The stately windmill on the Höxberg dates back to 1853 and the grinding process using wind power was operated for 63 years. In order to be independent of the wind, the drive was switched to gas in 1916. The mill has been a listed building since 1982 and can be visited on the third Saturday of the month from 3 to 5 p.m. from May to October.
