This wide and well-surfaced bridleway drops through Linacre Woods to the reservoirs. It's a popular spot, so expect to share the route with walkers and horse riders. The trail is wide enough to accommodate everyone.
The northern end is tarmacked and open to cars to provide access to the car park. There's usually an ice cream van parked up in the car park and there are also some public toilets.
