Tips
The Siebertal is really beautiful in this section, but I would extend my recommendation to the entire valley. Especially as a bicycle highlight, it has the advantage that the entire road is paved in the car-free area up to the elevated road. If you want to leave the Harz to the south without stress, you can sit on the bike and roll to Herzberg.

This road from Herzberg via Sieber to Andreasberg is easy to drive. From there, the old road closed to the car goes to Oderbrück, which leads through beautiful nature.
