    Hiking

Black Craig is a terrific 1,850-foot (564 m) summit that pops out above Black Wood's pine trees. On a clear day, it affords fantastic views east over Badenoch towards the Cairngorms and north to the lonely Munro of Geal Charn. Its north ridge rises to another prominent viewpoint, the Pictish hill fort of Dun-da-lamh.
