Towards Kunitz & back halfway up Jenzig, Jena / Thueringen
Relaxed stroll along the Saale towards Kunitz - quite a busy stretch with lots of cyclists and skaters. Then up over the fields following old tracks and woodland trails. Quite scenic views on this one!

Lovely sunny walk over the Kernberge today. Mostly frozen ground and gorgeous views - a real treat. Unfortunately Komoot cut out the first half, inspite of recording it originally. So the route is missing that part.

A quick loop through the foggy woodlands today. Slightly spooky and with thick slush due to the melting snow.

Fiscavaig headland, Minginish / Skye
Lovely afternoon stroll around the Fiscavaig headland. The first part follows easy sheeptrails around the headland with gorgeous views over the bay. After a short woodland the cliffside gets rather steep and sketchy in some places, especially around the ravines. Climbed up a bit higher which made the going easier. Came across a little bench under an overhang - what a view it has! The rest is strolling back on well trodden paths.

Sligachan wander, Skye
This little loop follows the deep gorge to the foot of Beinn Deargh. It comes with well made trails along the gorge and stunning views into the Cuillins. Higher up it lives up to its reputation of being very boggy, even on a day like today when the ground is solidly frozen.

Out of season this is actually a nice little loop. Beautiful in the afternoon sun and fairly good quality trails with only the odd bogginess here and there. Boots are still a must.

Portree explorer, Skye
This walk follows old forestry roads. While partly overgrown higher up, they still exist and make for some nice balcony walking. Many of the logs were not removed, so it does take some careful scrambling here and there. Saw lots of deer on this walk and quite a sizeable waterfall that flows of through a little gorge.
