Inverlair Bridge gives a good view of the River Spean as it approaches Inverlair Falls, where the river bends sharply to the south west. The falls tumble 40 feet (12 m) in a series of dramatic cascades. There's car parking on the river's west side.

This fall is trickier to reach as there are no direct paths. There is roadside parking nearby however the falls are hard to see from there. There is a small path in the other direction leading to cascades further up.
