Stob Coire Easain is a 3,658-foot (1,115 m) Munro in the Scottish Highlands. Most people climb Stob a' Choire Mheadhoin and then continue along to Stob Coire Easain. When I bagged these two Munros I re-climbed Stob a Choire Mheadhoin and retraced my steps back to the car in Fersit. It is possible to find an alternative descent but this would involve some pathless route finding.

Hiking

The peak may look intimidating and a long way from the car park at first, but it will soon be much closer. Ascent is usually after Stob a'Choire Mheadhoin and is well worth it for the views to the Grey Corries and to the south. Best return route is back the way you have come along the ridge.
