Hiking

Brandis Town Church, first documented in 1121, is also worth a visit. It boasts a magnificent Donat organ from 1705. The masonry remains of the nave and the tower crossing date back to the Romanesque period. The tabernacle, mounted on a twisted column on the north side of the chancel, is one of the church's oldest furnishings. Next to it is an epitaph depicting a child in clerical robes.
