The fountain sculpture is illuminated, two spotlights on newly installed masts bathe one of Wunstorf's city symbols in warm light. It is Mayor Eberhardt's farewell gift to the city: instead of gifts on his farewell, he asked for donations to illuminate the cow fountain. By the way: the Wunstorfer family coined the name Kuhbrunnen themselves. Officially, the name Hirtenbrunnen was once intended.
