The path from Brunnen up to the Bütziflue leads over wonderful forest paths in rocky and slightly craggy terrain and you always have wonderful views of Lake Lucerne and the surrounding mountains and the mixed forest with the gnarled pines is simply enchanting and the craggy terrain is simply powerful Fun :-). Up to this point it is already steep, but not yet difficult. The descent down from the Bütziflue in the direction of Stockflue is then much more challenging and leads down steeply down the rock, secured with a rope. Here you can really grab your hand. But you can find good steps and sometimes also step aids in the form of iron handles and I really enjoyed it. According to reports T5-II. You should of course have a head for heights and enjoy climbing, as well as dry conditions. With a rope-secured descent, you could of course also secure yourself, but if you can grab it well, this is not necessary and very few will do it.
