The prestigious courtyard in the old village center of Leutewitz already existed in 1804. The building ensemble is particularly noticeable because of the gable end that characterizes the townscape, the high pitched roofs and a distinctive courtyard front. Originally it was a farm, the area was converted into a brewery in 1882. Today it is a residential complex.

Hiking

At the very beginning, the old Leutewitz brewery was actually the manor, a historic three-sided farm, which was expanded in 1805.

The brewery existed until 1925 and was probably given up for reasons of age. Around 1930 the building complex was converted for residential purposes and from 2003 the buildings were renovated. D
