- this is where "Ravenstein Castle" once stood (was a spur castle on a 610 m high rock plateau, no longer preserved)
- the rocks are now used by climbers
The "Roggental" is located near Geislingen an der Steige in the district of Göppingen, Baden-Württemberg.
- the river "Eyb" flows through the valley
- beautiful valley with 2 mills: "Obere Roggenmühle" (managed) and "Untere Roggenmühle" (private property)
