The little church is at the end of the village, the tower clock no longer seems to work and it is 10 o'clock.

The church of Groß Laasch was built in 1791 as a single-nave brick building closed on three sides after the previous building, a field stone church, had become dilapidated. An eight-sided lattice tower was placed over the west gable. The bell bears the inscription Come, because everything is ready.
The inside of the church is provided with a beamed ceiling, on the west side there is a gallery with an organ from the organ builder Friedrich Friese III from 1885. The prospect pipes were installed in 1928 by the organ builder Marcus Runge (Schwerin) as a replacement for the pipes given in 1917.The interior furnishings include a simple, wooden pulpit altar and a wrought-iron baptismal frame, made by the Ludwigslust blacksmith Niems. The altar and baptismal font were made during the church building period. The baptismal frame carries a brass baptismal bowl from 1576. An equestrian figure of St. George has been preserved from the previous church. The church building and the dry stone wall surrounding the churchyard are on the district's list of monuments.de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dorfkirche_Gro%C3%9F_Laasch
